Spanish Salmon with Parsley
This healthy recipe is one that will take less than thirty minutes to make something with rich flavor and ultimately delicious meal. Parsley and salmon fillets, along with other ingredients, make for a fine mix.
(Prep + Cook Time: 25 Minutes | Servings: 6)
Ingredients:
⢠bread croutons - 2 cups
⢠red onions - 3, cut into medium wedges
⢠green olives - ¾ cup, pitted
⢠red bell peppers â 3; cut into medium wedges
⢠smoked paprika - ½ teaspoon
⢠Salt and black pepper to the taste
⢠olive oil - 5 tablespoons
⢠medium salmon fillets â 6; skinless and boneless
⢠parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Directions:
1. Mix bread croutons with onion wedges, bell pepper ones, olives, salt, pepper, paprika and 3 tablespoons olive oil in a heat proof dish that fits your air fryer.
2. Toss well to coat and place in your air fryer
3. Cook at a temperature of 356 degrees F for 7 minutes.
4. Rub salmon with the rest of the oil, add over veggies and cook at 360 degrees F for 8 minutes.
5. Divide fish and veggie mix into different plates, sprinkle parsley all over and serve.
